IRMs are organized on a voluntary basis. Researchers and academics can book an IRM slot to discuss recent research results, or run a live test for a conference talk.

Research meetings are scheduled every Tuesday from 1pm to 2pm. They take place in BARB 10, which has been booked for the entire year. It is not required that the talk fills the whole slot.

A video projector is automatically booked for that time. It has to be picked (in the secretary office) and installed by the talk-giver in advance. If not properly working, Kim and Olivier may be able to provide a backup projector.

In order to book a slot, please fill the table below [1].

In order to have a sufficient number of attendees, talk-givers are invited to market their talk in an e-mail to the all-ingi mailing list well in advance, and repeat the invitation a few hours before the talk is given.

The meeting time is not fixed, and a talk-giver can decide to change the time if desired. In that case, which should not become a default, the talk-giver is responsible for the booking of the projector, and the room.
